These Terms are a contract between you and JOYFUL GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Act 2017. They govern your use of the ROR — Realm of Rewards app and this website.

By creating an account, playing, or posting anything in ROR, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use ROR.

1. Who may use ROR

• You must be at least 13 years old. In the European Economic Area, if your country sets a higher digital age of consent, that age applies.
• Entry to every ROR tournament is free and open from 13. You must be at least 18 to enter a sponsored tournament — the only kind that awards a prize of real-world value — and to receive such a prize.
• You may hold one account. Additional accounts used to gain an advantage in tournaments or rewards will be closed.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your credentials to yourself.

2. What ROR is

ROR is a free-to-play entertainment app containing multiple games, free-to-enter tournaments, a replay feed, chat and profiles.

ROR is not a gambling service. There are no wagers, no bets, no stakes and no entry fees. You cannot risk money on an outcome in ROR, and nothing you buy in ROR can be cashed out or converted into money.

3. Content you post, and the rules for it

You must accept these Terms and the Community Guidelines before you can post anything — a replay, a comment, a chat message or a profile.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it, for the purpose of operating and promoting ROR. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for the legal reasons described in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm that what you post is yours to post and does not infringe anyone's rights.

We may remove content and restrict, suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines. The Guidelines set out what is prohibited, how to report it, and how to appeal a decision.

4. ROR Tokens and purchases

• ROR Tokens are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use a digital feature inside ROR. They are not money, not property, and not a currency.
• All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store under their terms. We do not handle your payment details.
• Purchased Tokens do not expire while your account is open.
• Tokens have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged between accounts, or converted into money or anything of real-world value.
• Tokens buy cosmetic items only — display pictures, animated display pictures, display picture frames, name text styles, profile backdrops and skins inside individual games. Tokens do not buy entry to anything, because entry to every ROR tournament is free, and they do not buy extra attempts, retries or any advantage in a tournament, on a leaderboard or in a daily challenge.
• Many cosmetic items are free, or are unlocked by playing rather than bought. Where an item is locked, the app shows the condition and your progress towards it.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• If your account is closed for breaking these Terms, unused Tokens are forfeited.

5. Tournaments, prizes and rewards

Entry to every ROR tournament is free. There is no entry fee in money and no entry cost in ROR Tokens, in any tournament, anywhere, including every tournament that awards a cash prize. Every tournament is governed by its published official rules together with the Tournament Rules. JOYFUL GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is the sole operator of every ROR tournament.

• Standard tournaments award cosmetic items, in-game items and standing. Nothing awarded has monetary value, and nothing awarded can be sold, transferred or converted into money.
• Leaderboards and daily challenges award the same kind of cosmetic items on the same terms. They cost nothing to take part in.
• Sponsored tournaments award a cash prize funded by the sponsor named in that tournament's official rules. Because that prize carries real-world value, these tournaments are offered only in the territories named in their official rules, and only to entrants aged 18 and over.
• Before a cash prize is paid we must verify your identity, and you must give us a bank account or mobile wallet held in your own name. We do not pay a prize to a third party. If we cannot verify you, or the account is not yours, the prize is forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible entrant.
• A cash prize is held in a prize balance that is separate from ROR Tokens. The prize balance cannot be spent inside ROR, Tokens cannot be moved into it, and it cannot be converted into Tokens.
• Cosmetics, items and standing cannot be bought, sold or transferred between accounts.
• Prizes may be subject to tax deducted at source under section 156 of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 or equivalent law where you live. Where that applies, we will tell you the amount before you accept the prize.
• We may change which items are offered, what they cost in Tokens, and the conditions on which items unlock. Changes apply going forward and do not remove an item you have already unlocked or bought.
• Manipulating the system — multiple accounts, automation, exploiting a bug, colluding with other players — voids the items, standing and prizes concerned and may close your account.

6. What you must not do

• Break the Community Guidelines.
• Cheat, use bots, automate play, modify the app, or exploit a bug instead of reporting it.
• Buy, sell or trade accounts, ROR Tokens, items or prizes.
• Attempt to access another account, or any part of our systems you are not authorised to use.
• Use ROR for anything unlawful, or in a country where we do not offer it.

7. Availability and changes to the service

ROR is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw games, features, tournaments and rewards, and we may stop offering ROR in a country where the law or our partners require it.

If we withdraw the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and a fair period in which to withdraw any prize balance you are owed.

8. Ending this agreement

You can stop using ROR at any time, and delete your account from the deletion page or in the app.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used to defraud us or another player. Where the reason allows it, we will tell you why and how to appeal.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost Tokens, items, progress or standings, or for content posted by other users. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or PKR 10,000.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Jhelum, Pakistan have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.

Before going to court, please use our complaints process — it is faster, and it is free.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use ROR after that means you accept the new version.
