What happens to your report
It reaches a human
Reports go to our safety team, not to an automated queue that closes itself.
Reviewed within 24 hours
Against the community guidelines. Child safety reports are escalated immediately and reviewed first.
We act
Depending on what we find: content removed, a warning, a feature restriction, a suspension, or a permanent ban. Serious cases are reported to the relevant authorities.
You hear back
If you gave us an email address, we tell you the outcome. The person reported can appeal — see the guidelines.
Child safety. JOYFUL GAMES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation absolutely. Reports of this kind go straight to the top of the queue. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first — then tell us at [email protected]. Our full standards are on the child safety page.
You can also block any user inside the app, which immediately stops them contacting you or seeing your posts, whether or not you report them.
