ROR Tokens
ROR is free to download and free to play. ROR Tokens are an optional in-app purchase, and they buy cosmetic items only. You never need them to play, to enter a tournament, to climb a leaderboard, or to win a prize.
Where to see prices. Token bundles are bought inside the app, through Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store. The price of every bundle is shown in your own local currency, inclusive of any applicable tax, on the purchase screen and again in the store's confirmation dialog before any money moves. Nothing is ever charged without that confirmation.
We do not publish a separate price list here, because store pricing is set per country and changes with local tax and exchange rates. The price you see in the app is the price you pay.
What Tokens buy
Cosmetic items, and nothing else:
- Display pictures, and animated display pictures.
- Frames around your display picture.
- Name text styles.
- Profile backdrops.
- Skins inside individual games.
Every one of these is decoration. None of them changes how a game plays, how it is scored, or where you finish.
What Tokens do not do
- Tokens do not buy tournament entry. There is nothing to buy — entry to every tournament in ROR is free, including every tournament that awards a cash prize.
- Tokens do not buy extra attempts, retries or any advantage in a tournament, on a leaderboard, or in a daily challenge.
- Tokens do not convert into rewards, cash or anything of real-world value, and cannot be transferred, sold or cashed out.
- A cash prize is held in a separate prize balance and withdrawn to your own bank account or mobile wallet. Tokens cannot be moved into that balance, and it cannot be turned into Tokens.
You can skip Tokens entirely
A good part of the catalogue costs nothing. Some items are free outright; many more are unlocked by playing — total wins, a high score, a login streak, a daily challenge, a leaderboard finish. Locked items show the condition and how far along you are. Buying is a shortcut for the items that offer one, not a requirement.
Buying, billing and cancelling
- All purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store, using the payment method on your store account. We never see or store your card details.
- Tokens are credited to your account immediately on a successful purchase — see the delivery policy.
- Purchased Tokens do not expire for as long as your account remains open.
- Refunds are handled under our refund policy, and store purchases are also covered by Google's and Apple's own refund processes.
